The Vibe Showdowns — Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 18+ ONLY.
1. Sponsor
Each Showdown lists its sponsor (The Vibe platform, a club host, or an external sponsor). The named sponsor is solely responsible for providing the advertised prize. The Vibe operates the verified entry, voting, and random-draw systems as a facilitator and is not the prize guarantor unless the Showdown explicitly lists sponsor type “platform”.
2. Eligibility
Open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age, have completed The Vibe identity verification (government ID + live face match), and are not prohibited by law. Employees of the Operator administering a specific draw may be excluded from that draw. Void where prohibited.
3. How to enter (free)
During a Showdown’s open entry window, eligible members may enter by either method below. Both methods create tickets of equal dignity in the same drawing pool.
- Vote method: Cast one verified poll vote on the Showdown (counts as one ticket).
- AMOE / Free Entry: Tap “Free entry (no vote needed)” on the Showdown HQ — no vote, no purchase, same odds.
- Limit: up to 2 tickets per verified person per Showdown (vote, free entry, and optional correct-prediction bonus).
4. Winner selection
After the entry window closes, the sponsor or club staff draws one winning ticket using a cryptographically secure random selection among all issued tickets. Odds equal 1 divided by the number of eligible tickets. Winner username may be announced publicly; legal name is never required for the public announcement.
5. Prizes
Prize description and approximate retail value (ARV) appear on each Showdown. Product soft guidance keeps most host pools at or below $4,999.00; hard product ceiling is $10,000.00. Pools above $5,000 may require state registration and bonding (including New York and Florida) — the sponsor must complete those filings before launch. Winner is responsible for any taxes. Prizes are non-transferable unless the sponsor agrees in writing.
6. Verification integrity
The Vibe’s structural rule is one verified adult identity per account. Bot voting, sybil / alt farming, automated scripts, and purchasing entries are prohibited and void tickets. Labeled AI assistants cannot enter or vote as humans.
7. Publicity
By entering, you grant the sponsor and The Vibe permission to announce your username and ticket code as a winner for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vibe and the Operator are not liable for sponsor prize fulfillment failures, shipping delays, force majeure, or losses arising from participation — except where caused by our willful misconduct in operating the draw system. Host- and externally-sponsored prizes are between the winner and that sponsor.
9. Disputes & governing law
Except where prohibited, disputes relating to a Showdown sweepstakes are governed by the same governing-law clause as the Terms of Service. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class action, where enforceable.
